You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
Teachers are responsible for the accuracy and quality of the content they provide. Teachers must honour scheduled sessions and respond to student inquiries in a timely manner. The Platform does not guarantee a minimum number of students or income. Teachers are independent service providers and not employees of the Platform.
Students must attend scheduled sessions on time and behave respectfully toward teachers and other students. Cancellations must follow the Platform's cancellation policy. Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technical requirements for online sessions.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal). The Platform charges a service fee on transactions as specified in the applicable subscription plan. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Teachers receive payouts according to the schedule defined in their account settings.
Teachers retain ownership of the educational content they create and upload. By uploading content, teachers grant the Platform a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute the content to enrolled students. Students may not redistribute, copy, or resell any content obtained through the Platform without explicit written permission from the content creator.
Users must not: upload malicious or illegal content; harass, bully, or discriminate against other users; impersonate another person or entity; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent the Platform's payment system; share account credentials with third parties; use automated tools to access or scrape the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice. Users may delete their account at any time through their profile settings. Upon termination, access to paid content and services will cease.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
